Been to this shop a few times, and the Naperville shop, seems to be screens for me... most recently have delt with Chris, with a broken screen about 4-5 weeks ago, and a dislocated charging port today...just great service, always gets me back in business within a couple hours, the charging port while i waited, which I really appreciated...Chris and the Oswego shop are my #1 go to, for my cell phone issues...

My old iPhone (10s) suffered a little mishap with some water, to the point I couldn't even access anything because the touchscreen had totally stopped working. Chris had me up and running within a half an hour. And I was very thankful he did NOT simply try to sell me another iPhone, which is exactly what the AT&T Store I stopped at before him, DID.
